Responsibilities

• Prepare dough from scratch following precise recipes and measurements to ensure consistency and quality.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace to uphold food safety standards throughout the production process.
• Assist with food preparation tasks including pastry preparation, cake decorating, and other baked goods.
• Package finished products carefully to preserve freshness and meet presentation standards.
• Follow food handling procedures diligently to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Support high-volume production needs by efficiently managing multiple tasks during busy periods.

Experience

• Previous experience in food production, bakery, or pastry preparation is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with baking techniques, dough preparation, and cake decorating is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and knives.
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to recipe guidelines.
• Ability to perform basic math for measurements and ingredient scaling accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent knife skills and pastry experience.
• Prior catering or restaurant experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
