What are the responsibilities and job description for the Little Caesars Crew Member position at Little Caesars Pizza?
The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs their job responsibilities in such a way that all the products they make are of high quality and customers they serve are satisfied.
The Crew Member receives direction from the restaurant management team and Little Caesars training materials to effectively perform their job. Crew Members will practice the established procedures and use the proper tools associated with taking and preparing customer orders. All Crew Members must be proficient at each of the Pizza Pride Production System stations and be able to work at different stations at any given time.

He/She/They will review the essential job functions, which are normally defined as the fundamental activities conducted on a daily or regular basis that will affect the success of the restaurant.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND MOTIONS * Must be able to see sufficiently to maintain safety and determine product quality, service and cleanliness. * Must have mobility to get to multiple stations within the restaurant. * Must be able to stand for long periods of time. * Must be able to count, separate and weigh all types of food products and inventory items. * Must be able to withstand 90º heat in the summer and below freezing in the winter. * Must be able to “Shakerboard” by working outside holding a sign and shaking it. * Must be able to work with 650º oven temperatures. * Must be able to follow directions and communicate (i.e. speaking, reading, hearing, writing) with customers, crew and management. * The ability to process and complete customer orders, including counting money and processing credit card transactions properly. The ability to do the following: * Lift one or both arms over head up to 100%. * Lift one or both arms from your sides up to 100%. * Bending of one or both arms to your shoulders up to 100%. * Bending of the back up to a minimum of 90º to lift objects from the floor. * Twisting of the back up to 90º left and right. * Lifting, pushing and pulling up to 55 pounds. * Squat or crouch to lift items from floor level. 9.
