What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager- Franchise Owned position at Little Caesars Pizza?
Our goal at JMC LLC, DBA Little Caesars is to provide pizza and pizza like products to our customers at an affordable price and in a convenient time frame.
If I hire you as an Assistant Manager in Training you will learn how to do that in the most efficient and productive way possible. You will learn skills that you will be able to take to other jobs and careers.
I am looking for compassionate individuals who understand that true success comes from working with people not FOR people.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
- Ability to reach and move items from as high as 6 feet and as low as 6 inches off the ground
- The ability to effectively communicate to customers and co-workers (reading, speaking, hearing, writing, etc.).
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Profit and Loss Statements
- The ability to control and utilize equipment safely and correctly
- The ability to successfully pass required training programs for certification.
- Basic math skills
- Previous supervisory experience required
JMC LLC is a 2-store Little Caesars Franchisee that is has been established since 2018. We are looking to grow our store count but need leaders/managers to do that.
