Job Type: Hourly, Part-Time (Morning, Afternoon, Evening Shifts Available)

Compensation: $11/Hr

Overview: Little Caesars is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Crew Members.As a Crew Member at Little Caesars, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while working across various areas of the restaurant. Your focus will be on creating hot and ready food and ensuring happy guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Consistently prepare high-quality products by following Little Caesars’ recipes, specifications, and procedures as outlined in the C.A.R.D.S. materials and station job helpers.
• Workstation Maintenance: Clean and organize workstations and other assigned areas to maintain the restaurant’s image and standards.
• Safety and Security: Adhere to safety and security procedures as defined in Little Caesars’ Orientation and Training Handbook and by government agencies.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management, follow instructions, and contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
• Equipment Use: Safely and correctly operate equipment such as the sheeter machine, sauce ladle, pizza cutter, and cash register. Ensure proper handling of ingredients and kitchen tools.

Requirements:

• Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States.
• Age: Must be at least 16 years old. (Note: Some tasks, such as operating certain equipment, may require individuals to be 18 years or older.)
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds, stand for long periods, reach and move items from various heights, and handle equipment safely.
• Attributes: Friendly, fun, hard-working, dependable, flexible, and respectful.
• Experience: Previous retail or customer experience is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express a positive attitude and handle pressure and stress effectively. Follow directions accurately.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work.
