- Use POS systems to take orders and process transactions accurately
- Deliver friendly, attentive customer service and assist with any questions
- Suggest menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all work areas
- Handle cash and provide correct change efficiently
- Support team members with food prep, cleaning, and service to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable learning and using POS systems
- Strong time management and ability to multitask during busy shifts
- Positive attitude with great customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment
