Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team at Little Caesars Pizza. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations during shifts to ensure efficiency.
- Manage staff performance and provide training to team members as needed.

- Assist in inventory control and manage stock levels effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Support budgeting efforts by managing labor costs and operational expenses.
- Prepare food items according to company recipes and standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate team members.
