Responsibilities
- Interpret requirements to select the most appropriate welding equipment for the job.
- Operate angle grinders, drills, rulers, and other hand and power tools.
- MIG welding of sheet metal components.
- Fabrication, fitting, and assembly of parts.
- Sanding, grinding and finishing operations.
- Reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints.
- Climbing ladders for fabrication and assembly tasks.
- Read a tape measure.
- Ability to lift, bend twist and perform manual labor activities .
- Previous experience as a Fabricator/ Welder
- Experience with a variety of welding equipment. hand and power tools.
- Understanding of all health and safety guidelines
- Attention to detail.
