What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Provider position at Little Buffs Daycare?
We're looking for someone who is looking for just a few hours in the afternoons to join our daycare team!
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–6:00 PM (some days you may get off earlier if all children have been picked up).
Pay: $11/hour
Requirements:
- CPR Certified (or willing to become certified)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
As our afternoon closer, you may work in either our baby/toddler room or our 3 & up classroom. Responsibilities include supervising children, changing diapers, preparing afternoon snacks, helping keep the daycare clean, communicating with parents about their child's day, and greeting families during pick-up.
We're looking for someone who is patient, dependable, hardworking, and enjoys staying busy. This position is best for someone who takes initiative, works well as part of a team, and genuinely loves caring for children. We are looking for someone who is engaged with the kids and ready to jump in wherever help is needed.
