Little Bridge Search is supporting a well-established international travel business, opening a new contact/call centre to support East Coast-based inbound customer requests.
We’re hiring a Customer Service Manager to lead the opening support team. A unique opportunity to step into a build role, set standards, coach and develop a small team and shape how customer service is delivered as the operation grows.
You’ll work closely with Sales and Flights teams in a fast-paced, call center environment, supporting customers across pre- and post-booking queries.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience leading a customer service team in a call/contact center environment
- Strong escalation handling and complaint resolution skills
- Comfortable managing KPIs (quality, productivity, customer outcomes)
- Able to coach, develop and hold a team accountable to standards
- Organised, calm under pressure, and confident in making decisions
- Comfortable working on-site in Altamonte Springs (Orlando area)
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or vacation ownership is helpful but not essential
