We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef with knowledge of all food production areas, including:

Duties and responsibilities:
- · Supervise, train, and direct kitchen staff.
- · Prepare weekly work schedules
- · Assist with conducting monthly inventory, ordering supplies, and menu development.
- · Oversee food safety processes including temperature checks, equipment checks, expiration dates, etc.
