Wage Rate: $15.50-$17.50

What You will do:
- Welcome every guest with warmth, energy, and a genuine smile.
- Keep the dining area, restrooms, and front counter spotless—cleanliness is key to our guests’ experience.
- Deliver 2nd Mile Service to each guest by proactively refreshing beverages and creating emotional connections with each and every guest
- Ensure every guest leaves happier than they arrived.
- Be proactive in problem-solving, whether it’s a guest concern or a rush of orders.
- Work together as a team to create a positive, efficient, and fun environment.
- Stay flexible and ready to serve wherever needed, always willing to go the extra mile for the team.
What We're Looking for:
- You have a heart for hospitality and love making people’s day.
- You’re capable of standing for long periods and able to walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy items when required.
- You are fast, efficient, and always two steps ahead.
- You can thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing accuracy.
- You have strong communication skills and work well with a team.
- You take pride in your work and never settle for “good enough.”
- Weekend availability is required.

Through Little Blue Menu, guests can order Chick-fil-A favorites alongside soon-to-be favorites like wings, burgers, and whatever we cook up next. Little Blue Menu will offer digital ordering for pick-up, delivery and catering.
