What You’ll Do:

• Prepare high-quality food quickly and consistently
• Maintain an organized, clean, and food-safe kitchen.
• Handle fryers, grills, and kitchen equipment with care and efficiency.
• Keep up with the rush while ensuring every meal is perfect.
• Work as a team to support each other in a high-energy kitchen environment.
• Responsibly manage and maintain all inventory and equipment.
• Follow Chick-fil-A’s strict food safety procedures to ensure every meal is served fresh and safe.
• Stay flexible and ready to serve wherever needed, always willing to go the extra mile for the team.

• You have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in your work.
• You’re capable of standing for long periods and able to walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy items when required.

Through Little Blue Menu, guests can order Chick-fil-A favorites alongside soon-to-be favorites like wings, burgers, and whatever we cook up next. Little Blue Menu will offer digital ordering for pick-up, delivery and catering.
