Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in preparing and delivering instructional activities
- Support classroom management by supervising children during lessons, centers and transitions to promote positive behavior and safety
- Provide individualized support for students
- Help maintain organized classroom materials and classroom cleanliness
- Support early childhood development through age-appropriate activities
- Collaborate with teachers on lesson planning,and implementing behavioral management strategies

Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings; classroom experience preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, special education strategies, and behavior management techniques
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers and students
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified
- Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior positively while fostering a nurturing environment
- Background in Christian education is a plus.
