As a key leader in our growing organization, you'll support center directors, ensure licensing and curriculum standards are met, and champion a culture of excellence across all locations.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Director of Childcare Center located in the Lafayette, Louisiana Metropolitan Area. The Regional Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple childcare centers, manage staff, ensure quality education and care for children, and maintain strong relationships with parents and the community.
Qualifications
- Childcare and Early Childhood Development skills
- Strong Communication and Education abilities
- Customer Service expertise
- Experience in managing childcare centers
- Knowledge of state regulations and licensing requirements for childcare centers
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skill
- At least one of the following: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, Child Development Associate, or Ancillary Teaching Certificate
- Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with multi-site management strongly preferred

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
