This position is for morning prep work and lunch line cook shift. The shift will begin from 6am-8am, and run through the afternoon.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items to our quality and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout each shift
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines precisely
- Work efficiently during high volume service while maintaining accuracy
- Support your teammates to ensure smooth and timely service
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Assist with prep work, restocking, and closing duties as assigned

Some of the qualifications needed for this position are:
- Passion for cooking and working in a team environment
- Minimum 1 year line cook experience
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Open to feedback and eager to learn
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Current ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Must be 18 years old
