Little Behavior Consulting is hiring! No experience needed - we provide paid training to become an RBT and support you on your path toward becoming a BCBA.
We’re a boutique-style ABA company with a close-knit, supportive team focused on “changing lives, little by little.”
Position Details
- Part-time & Full-time available
- $17–$20/hour
- Afternoon availability required
- In-home and in-clinic services (Waco area)
What You’ll Do
- Work 1:1 with children using ABA therapy
- Help build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Follow treatment plans and track progress
- Receive ongoing training and support
What We’re Looking For?
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
- Willing to learn and take feedback
- Able to stay active (floor play, lifting up to 45 lbs)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or relevant experience)
