Little Behavior Consulting is dedicated to providing effective, data-driven, and individualized behavioral interventions for children with various diagnoses, as well as typically developing children. We serve families in the Austin area and now extend our services to the Corpus Christi and surrounding areas.
This is a part-time on-site role for a Behavioral Health Technician based in Austin, TX. The Behavioral Health Technician will be responsible for implementing behavioral interventions, collecting data on client progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Key tasks include applying behavior analysis techniques, assisting in the development of treatment plans, and engaging with children to support their development and behavior improvement.
- Experience with Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
- Skills in Communication and Behavioral Intervention
- Knowledge in Psychology
- Excellent observation and reporting skills
- Ability to work effectively with children
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in related fields preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Experience in special education or child development preferred
