We’re a team that shows up with heart, humor, and a shared love of tiny humans discovering their world. If you thrive in a community that values play, purpose, and positivity, welcome home.
About the Role
Toddlers are joyful, curious little explorers — part comedian, part scientist, part chaos coordinator in training. You’ll guide them through big feelings, big milestones, and even bigger personalities. If you know how to redirect a meltdown and celebrate the triumph of putting shoes on the right feet, this is your stage.
What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging lessons supporting language, motor skills, and early independence
- Provide predictable routines (because toddlers LOVE consistency — even if they pretend otherwise)
- Assist with toilet training readiness
- Encourage emotional regulation and problem-solving
- Document and communicate daily highlights to families
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and licensing standards
- Work collaboratively across the team
What You Bring
- Experience with toddlers (professional OR survived raising your own — we count both)
- CPR/First Aid or willingness to complete within 90 days
- Completion of CT OEC Health & Safety Training (or ability to complete within 3 months)
- Flexibility, humor, and the stamina of someone who can squat 43 times a day
- Ability to pass CT background checks
