Duties
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Develop and implement daily schedules that include educational activities, playtime, meals, and rest periods.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning.
- Provide individualized attention to children with special needs or developmental challenges.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive team atmosphere.
