What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Sheeter/Guillotine Operator and Slitter Rewinder position at Little and Company Inc.?
. The Main Function of this Position is to Set Up, Operate, and Maintain Paper Slitting and Rewinding Equipment. Other duties include but not limited to:
- Run High Quality Converting Jobs to the Customers specifications in a safe, productive, and efficient manner.
- Monitor press performance throughout the run, including Set up, Speed, Tolerances, Packaging, and other quality Parameters.
- Accurately follow detailed instructions and specifications from job tickets.
- Identify problems or errors and take immediate action to resolve
- Apply Knowledge of Paper, Board, and other related materials, Rollers, Shafts and other techniques used in the Converting.
- Perform other job duties as assigned
- Requirements
- 3 years’ experience operating Paper and Board Grade Converting machinery
- Regular attendance, overtime when required
- Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures
Hours: Monday - Thursday
- 6:30am-5pm
