Full Time Lube Technician

Up to $15 - $22 an hour

In this energetic role, you will perform routine oil changes, tire services, and basic vehicle inspections to keep our customers’ vehicles running smoothly. Duties

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct tire rotations, balance tires, and assist with tire replacements to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Assist with wheel alignments and basic brake inspections to maintain safety standards.
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform routine maintenance tasks with precision.
• Conduct visual inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and communicate findings clearly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering questions professionally.

Experience

• Prior dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred.
• Hands-on mechanic experience and aptitude with automotive diagnostics and repairs is required.
• Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance procedures, and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment.
• Experience performing oil changes, tire services, alignments, and basic mechanical repairs.
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required in vehicle maintenance.

All our crew members need to meet the following requirements:

• Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary

Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
