- New product development with focus on device design and process development
- Design of experiments at in-house wafer fabs and with external sources including foundries, equipment suppliers or research institutions
- In cooperation with fab engineering teams to ensure manufacturability, cost efficiency and high yield of new designs
- Assist product and process engineering with R&D expertise on yield, cost-down and failure analysis topics
- Master’s degree in semiconductor device physics or equivalent
- Familiar with CMOS and Bipolar technologies
- Very good understanding and experience in low voltage semiconductor processing ideally with experience in wafer fab process engineering and/or process integration
- TCAD or other device simulation experience
- Knowledge of Transient Voltage Suppressor devices
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Self-starter and team player
- Innovative thinking
- Hands-on problem-solving attitude
- Readiness for traveling
