About Your Role
- Operate a variety of automated machines used in the production of products and components.
- Monitor production output and ensure daily production goals are achieved.
- Inspect products and assemblies to verify conformance with quality standards and specified tolerances.
- Report maintenance concerns related to tools, equipment, or machinery.
- Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Support manufacturing operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to operate machines, tools, and manufacturing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
- Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
