About The Job
- Administer daily HR transactions including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and data management
- Support HR workflows to meet established service delivery standards
- Respond to routine HR-related inquiries from employees, managers, and HR partners
- Collaborate with HR teams on process improvements and employee experience initiatives
- Generate reports and conduct audits to ensure data integrity and policy compliance
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience in HR operations or a related function
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
