Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Workday EIB integrations for data extraction and loading.
- Build and maintain integrations using all Workday-supported integration frameworks (e.g., Workday Studio, Web Services, Core Connectors).
- Implement and troubleshoot ADP Data Bridge integrations and process data synchronization between Workday and ADP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and security across interface points and monitor integration performance.
- Participate in testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities related to Workday integrations.
- Provide technical support and documentation for integration solutions.
- 7 years of Workday Integration experience including hands-on EIB development and maintenance.
- Expertise in all Workday integration types including EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services, and Cloud Connectors.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting ADP Data Bridge integration.
- Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and JSON as used in Workday integrations.
- Workday Integration certification is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with HR, IT, and vendor teams.
