What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Lititz Springs Inn?
Looking for a versatile candidate for Front Desk Attendant. Candidate should possess a positive attitude, ability to multitask, and enjoy interacting with guests from around the world.
Duties include:
Opening/closing the front desk.
Checking guests in and out of the hotel, confirming payment, adjusting rooms as needed.
Going over hotel policies, questions about the building/Lititz history/area attractions.
Making guest reservations for hotel accommodations, dining room, and banquet functions.
Seat guests for lunch/dinner in the dining room.
Stay up to date on all hotel events.
Answer phones and return messages in a timely matter.
Cash handling.
Run night audit and prepare hotel paperwork.
Occasional light office and housekeeping duties.
Service/Hospitality industry experience preferred, but will train the right candidate!
Qualify for benefits at 30 hours a week.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
