Legal Support Company is seeking an enthusiastic & intelligent individual with a strong work ethic looking to learn and grow within the company. Must have customer service experience including strong communication skills verbal and written, basic computer skills, the ability to multi task, proficient typing skills, and time management a must. Must be reliable and dependable. This particular role will involve up to 60% of your time on the phone contacting medical providers including Dr's offices, hospitals and specific departments within the hospital to review issues regarding retrieved medical records . Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills .
Requirements:
- 3yrs Office Experience. Medical records or legal experience a plus. Customer Service required. Proficient computer skills.
High school graduate. Advanced Education / College preferred .

Job Duties includes:
- Managing outgoing phone calls to Medical providers .
- Managing emails and faxes. Following up on actions as needed.
- Work closely with Sr. Client Specialist Team .
- Salary: $17.00 hourly. (Salary based on experience & knowledge)
