Lithographix is a 100% Employee-owned (ESOP) commercial printing leader. We operate out of our 250,000 square foot facility in Hawthorne California with decades of history of success. We sell nationwide to many different markets such as entertainment, automotive, sports, retail, and travel.
We are looking for a Specialty and Billboard Fabrication Specialist.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in dimensional/3D billboards and specialty fabrication.
- Strong relationships or experience dealing with major posting companies (e.g., Outfront, Lamar, Clear Channel, etc.).
- Ability to build the department from the ground up and then manage daily operations.
- Full-time role based in their 250,000 sq ft facility in Hawthorne, CA.
- Industry focus: Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising, with clients in entertainment, automotive, sports, retail, travel, etc.
What the Role Likely Involves
- Leading the design, engineering, and production of high-end dimensional billboards and specialty signage.
- Overseeing fabrication teams, materials (substrates, structural elements, lighting, etc.), quality control, and installation coordination.
- Scaling up the specialty fabrication department — hiring, processes, equipment, safety, and efficiency.
- Project management from quote to delivery, working closely with sales, pre-media, and printing teams.
- Maintaining compliance with industry standards, timelines, and budgets while ensuring the high-quality output Lithographix is known for.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
