Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, direct, and develop the project team, setting clear expectations and responsibilities.
- Lead the development of an overall project plan and ensure alignment with team objectives.
- Take ownership of project information, delivering status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Validate project progress and provide recommendations to meet execution goals.
- Align manpower resources to meet project demands and execution targets.
- Ensure the project team follows defined processes and that roles and responsibilities are properly executed.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by staying engaged throughout the project.
- Communicate with customer management to resolve any conflicts or issues during the project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- 8 years of progressive experience in field management for a large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.
- Experience with self-performing concrete work is required.
- Familiarity with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on structural concrete.
- General knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience managing projects over $1 million.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is strongly preferred.
