The Role
Lithko Contracting is seeking a Safety Manager for our South region. The Safety Manager is responsible for all safety related needs on a project. This role reviews and engages team members onsite, ensuring proper preparedness and execution of safety protocols and procedures. This EHS Manager works with the client and the Safety Lead to ensure Lithko is meeting and exceeding the safety program goals while completing the necessary reporting.

The Role
Lithko Contracting is seeking a Safety Manager for our South region. The Safety Manager is responsible for all safety related needs on a project. This role reviews and engages team members onsite, ensuring proper preparedness and execution of safety protocols and procedures. This EHS Manager works with the client and the Safety Lead to ensure Lithko is meeting and exceeding the safety program goals while completing the necessary reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and support to Craft in DPP and OAT engagement.
- Reviews all work activities on site during their shift to promote safe work practices and appropriate PPE usage.
- Completes all necessary internal and external safety related documentation and paperwork as it relates to their shift and phase of work.
- Capable of walking and traversing a jobsite at all hours.
- CHST Certification (strong preference)
- Holds OSHA 30 Certification
- Can lift heavy materials and move equipment throughout a jobsite or equipment/materials yard.
- Willing to work odd hours (3rd shift) and overtime when needed.
