- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition intake to candidate placement.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conducts phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interview processes.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and post job descriptions and advertisements.
- Provide market insights regarding talent availability, salary trends, and hiring strategies.
- Ensure hiring managers receive qualified candidates in a timely manner.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to exercise sound judgment, is self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize key requirements in a fast-paced environment is a must
