Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Professional role is based at Lithia Ford Lincoln of Fresno in Fresno, CA. The Sales Professional will greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and present suitable new and used vehicles, features, and pricing options. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, accompanying customers on test drives, preparing accurate sales paperwork, and coordinating with finance and service teams to support a smooth purchase process. The role also involves following up with prospective and existing customers, managing leads, and maintaining product knowledge on current models, promotions, and inventory.
