What You'll Do
The flat rate range for this position is $23.00 to $35.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity. What You'll Do
- Perform repairs on both domestic and import vehicles.
- Diagnose vehicle issues and complete repairs safely.
- Test-drive vehicles to ensure quality repairs.
- Track time and document all work performed.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and return vehicles clean.
- Complete required training and maintain certifications.
- Stay current on technical updates and manufacturer information.
- Communicate effectively with team members and support customer satisfaction.
- Report any safety, ethical, or operational concerns to management.
- 2–5 years of automotive technician experience
- Virginia State Inspector license (strongly preferred; bonus eligible)
- Dealership or Private Repair Experience
- B and C Technician levels highly preferred!
- Experience repairing all makes and models
- ASE Certifications, a plus
- Great work ethic
- Team player Desire to grow your career with the best in the business
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- A great attitude!
