Pay: $23-$35 flat rate

Schedule: 4 shifts/10 hours each

Michael's Subaru of Bellevue is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about automotive repair, committed to quality workmanship, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

What You Bring

• Experience as an automotive technician (ASE certifications = major bonus points)
• Passion for all things cars and customer service
• Subaru experience is a strong plus
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• A team-first mindset and strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on used vehicles in accordance with factory standards
• Utilize Subaru service information systems and diagnostic equipment
• Conduct multi-point inspections and clearly document findings
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members
• Maintain productivity and efficiency goals
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership procedures
