Service Technician
Pay: $25-$35 flat rate with generous production bonus!
Schedule: To be discussed at interview. Department Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 6 pm, Saturday 7:30 am to 4 pm and closed Sunday.
This position is located onsite in Kennewick WA and reports to the Service Manager.

This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. The pay range of this role is $25 to $35 flat rate. This is a production-driven position.

What You'll Do
- Perform inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety
- Document repair procedures and recommendations
- Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards
- Automotive technician (any level welcome — apprentice, or master. We consider candidates who have professional experience or are trade school trained.
- We prefer ASE certifications.
- Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram experience is a big plus
- Diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
