- Pay: starting at $16.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday; 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

- Assist advisors with greeting customers that are dropping off or picking up vehicles for service and repairs
- Answer incoming calls to the service department
- Provide customer updates by phone and text
- Send service reminders to customers by phone, text and email
- Navigate traffic in the service drive during high-volume times
- Move customer vehicles
- 1 years of experience with customer service in person and over the phone
- Previous experience in a similar or related position
- Ability to perform essential job functions, including being on your feet for extended periods of time and working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
