Now Hiring – Service Greeter!
- Pay: $19.00 - $21.00, depending on experience
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday
- Intercepts all incoming calls and determines whether the person being called should be interrupted.
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the answering time and the time they are put on hold.
- Take thorough messages, including the caller's first and last name, company name if applicable, time, and the message.
- Communicate messages to the appropriate parties promptly.
- Provide very basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
- Serve as service center greeter (i.e. when customer is not met by a Service Advisor and direct to appropriate persons as necessary.
- Update and distribute company telephone roster when necessary.
- Maintain Phone log daily.
- Maintain customer name file daily.
- File repair orders daily.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Excellent communication
- Previous experience as a Greeter or in a related position preferred.
- Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callers.
- Ability to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Typing and 10 key operation by touch, computer friendly.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
