Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule service appointments using dealership software
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs
- Assist the service department with customer communication and coordination
- Perform light administrative duties including filing, scanning, and copying documents
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable handling high call volumes
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Previous call center, receptionist, or dealership experience preferred but not required
