Sales Representative

Pay: Commission-World Class Compensation Plan -UNCAPPED commissions and as much as $5,000 flats paid on certain models. Top performers could earn an annual range of $70,000 $200,000 in annual income! Monthly sales incentives/spiffs offered for above & beyond earning opportunities.

Schedule: May include evenings and weekends. To be discussed at interview.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Is a hunter not a gatherer; willing to aggressively capitalize on lead opportunities
  • Is reliable, shows up ready to sell
  • Must be outgoing & social, but more importantly (than even sales experience) is that you are good at making friends & building relationships with people. The ability to engender trust with your customer is a must have in this role
  • Demonstrated success in sales, preferred in a dealership setting
  • Prior BMW and/or sales experience preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED.
  • Outgoing Personality-Ability to guide customers with their needs

Responsibilities

As an Auto Sales Representative you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. You will assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. You will be trained on the specific products we offer and their benefit to our customer.

  • Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
  • Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
  • Track customers using store specific management system/s.
  • Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive sales and the BMW brand, is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
