What You'll Do
- Use phone skills to set appointments with daily customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, conquests, other generic leads and service and parts customers.
- Use our internet resources to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
- Build knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
- Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention
What You'll Bring
- 1 years experience in a BDC role.
- 1 years experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to communicate over the phone and other digital communication channels.
- Working knowledge of computer systems and office software
- The ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Professional personal appearance.
Total Rewards
The hourly wage for this position is $18.
This position will also be eligible for a bonus based on appointments scheduled, shown rate, and sold rates.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
