• Work Schedule: Monday- Friday: 9am-5pm
• Sales Department Hours: Monday-Sunday: 9am-9pm and Sunday: 10am-7pm

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries from prospective customers.
• Schedule appointments for customers with the sales team and confirm appointments through follow-up communication.
• Build relationships with customers while providing outstanding customer service.
• Document customer interactions and update information in the dealership CRM.
• Work with the sales team to help create a smooth and positive customer experience.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• At least 1 year of customer service, call center, sales, or BDC experience.
• Comfortable speaking to customers by phone, text, and email.
• Provide professional customer service and create a positive experience for every customer.
• Work well with teammates to achieve shared goals.
• Use a computer for daily tasks and learn dealership software used to manage customer information.
• The ability to manage multiple customer conversations throughout the day.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
  
  

Total Rewards

The pay for this position is $20.00 an hour plus bonuses. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
