- Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 Annual Salary
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, closed Saturdays and Sundays

What You'll Do
- Organize the daily work schedule for the reconditioning (recon) department.
- Oversee and maintain the vehicle inventory reconditioning process.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to provide a efficient recon process.
- Assign repair orders to technicians and manage workflow to maximize productivity.
- Create, estimate, and manage repair orders throughout the reconditioning process.
- Maintain inventory and supplies for the recon and rust-proofing departments.
- Prepare and process repair orders for recon, rust-proofing, and customer work, ensuring daily filing and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed purchase order records.
- Build positive working relationships with dealership managers and staff.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisory personnel.
- One year supervisory experience
- Communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent origination skills
- A team player who values collaboration and building relationships.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
