What You’ll Do
Provide fast, accurate, customer‑focused parts support for retail customers and the Service Department.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug-free workplace. What You’ll Do
Provide fast, accurate, customer‑focused parts support for retail customers and the Service Department.
- Customer Interaction — Answer phones, greet customers, and communicate professionally via phone, email, and in person
- Order & Sales Support — Assist with parts inquiries, stock checks, and order processing following ITC/ICC standards
- Service Department Coordination — Work closely with technicians to supply correct parts for repairs
- Inventory & Receiving — Receive, inspect, unpack, store, and track parts; maintain perpetual inventory
- Invoicing & Payment — Create accurate ADP invoices, process payments, and handle credits
- Returns & Warranty — Manage core returns, warranty parts, and general returns
- Work Area Standards — Maintain a clean, organized counter and stockroom
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for inventory and invoicing
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Acceptable driving record valid driver’s license
