BMW of Minnetonka is seeking a confident, engaging, and customer-driven Part-Time Receptionist who understands the power of first impressions. This role is ideal for someone with a sales-forward mindset who enjoys building connections, taking initiative, and delivering an elevated guest experience worthy of a world-class luxury brand.

As the first voice and face of our dealership, you will set the standard for professionalism, energy, and hospitality.

You will represent BMW of Minnetonka at the highest level—ensuring every guest interaction feels intentional, welcoming, and premium from the very first moment.

Your Impact

• Welcome every guest with presence, confidence, and a luxury-level customer experience
• Answer incoming calls with clarity and professionalism, directing them efficiently and purposefully
• Engage customers, identify needs, and transition them seamlessly to Sales or Service
• Schedule appointments and manage the dealership calendar with precision
• Provide knowledgeable, confident responses to general customer inquiries
• Maintain a polished, showroom-ready reception area at all times
• Support Sales and Service teams with customer-facing and administrative assistance
• Handle light administrative duties including data entry, filing, and mail distribution
  
  

The Ideal Profile

• Outgoing, assertive, and naturally engaging with a customer-first approach
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Poised, professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or sales preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Genuine interest in the automotive or luxury retail industry
  
  

Schedule & Compensation

• Tuesday & Friday: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Wage Range for this position is: $15.00 to $17.00 (hourly)
