Lube Technician

Pay: $19 flat rate to start

Schedule: Wednesday through Friday from 7am-6pm and Saturdays from 8am-5pm.

Lithia Toyota of Springfield, part of the Lithia Motors family of dealerships, is looking for a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our Service team. This is an excellent opportunity to start or grow your career in the automotive industry with a company committed to developing people and promoting from within.

What You’ll Do

• Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately
• Inspect fluids, tires, brakes, and basic vehicle components
• Rotate tires and complete multipoint inspections
• Follow factory and dealership service procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work as part of a team to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a Lube Technician or trade school graduate is preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Interest in building a career with the Toyota brand
