Lead Product Manager

As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll set the standard for excellence across product strategy, execution, and mentoring. You’ll drive complex, business-critical initiatives while building scalable frameworks and influencing team direction. Location: Remote (PST Preferred)

Compensation: 95,000-120,000 annually

Primary Responsibilities:

Product Management (50%)

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional product initiatives from concept to delivery

• Prioritize roadmaps and enhancements that drive measurable business results

• Partner with UX and engineering to create exceptional customer experiences

Reporting & Scalability (40%)

• Define and evolve product practices to support both agile delivery and long-term planning

• Mentor team members and support a scalable product culture

Stakeholder Alignment (10%)

• Collaborate closely with leadership to align on strategy and goals

• Serve as a trusted advisor across key business and tech stakeholders

Qualifications:

Experience & Education

• 7 years of product management experience

• Proven success delivering complex digital products with business impact

• Experience mentoring or leading product managers

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling abilities

• Ability to influence across technical, design, and leadership teams
