The Technology Service Operations team uses ITIL service management best practices to deliver reliable, customer-focused technology solutions across Lithia & Driveway. We are committed to providing exceptional support while continuously improving the tools and processes that help our teams succeed.

In this role, you'll provide technical support to employees across the organization, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage support requests, and help drive process improvements. Success comes from combining strong technical skills with excellent customer service, communication, organization, and a passion for helping others solve problems.

Location: Anchorage BMW

You will support locations in Fairbanks, AK & Seattle, WA- Regular travel is required.

Target Hiring Range: $70,000–$80,000

What You'll Do

• Provide advanced Tier 2 technical support across Lithia & Driveway locations nationwide
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, mobile device, and telephony issues
• Deliver VIP and executive-level support
• Lead and coordinate Major Incident response and resolution efforts
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, automate processes, and enhance efficiency
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles, procedures, and technical documentation
• Mentor team members and share technical expertise across the organization
• Monitor escalations and help maintain service levels during your shift
• Travel to support onsite initiatives, deployments, and special projects as needed

What You'll Bring

• 8 years of experience providing IT support, ideally in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or Call Center environment
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, Apple, networking, business applications, mobile devices, and telephony systems
• Familiarity with ITIL Service Management principles; ITIL certifications
• Experience providing detailed troubleshooting and resolutions to users
• with the ability to support users at all levels of the organization, including executives
• Experience mentoring, training, or serving as a technical resource for team members
• Experience supporting multi-location, retail, automotive, or OEM environments
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, equivalent certifications, or a combination of education and experience

Total Rewards

At Lithia & Driveway, we believe in pay transparency. The full compensation range for this position is $70,000–$105,000, reflecting the earning potential and growth opportunities available within the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Final pay decisions are made through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
