What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide a world-class service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately communicate them to technicians
- Recommend services and maintenance based on vehicle needs
- Provide estimates, timelines, and updates throughout the repair process
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
- Ensure a smooth and efficient service lane operation
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-minded with a focus on delivering value to customers
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
