What You’ll Do
- Lead the Finance & Insurance process while maintaining strong relationships with the sales team and customers
- Deliver a transparent, compliant, and customer-focused experience
- Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products
- Maintain strong lender relationships and maximize deal structure opportunities
- Help guide and support the F&I process to ensure deals are handled efficiently and professionally
- Set the example for professionalism, ethics, and performance
- Proven experience in automotive F&I with strong production numbers
- Career stability – someone looking to build a long-term career, not bounce store to store
- Strong lender knowledge and deal structuring ability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
