- Pay: Industry Leading Commission-based Pay Plan
- Schedule: Service Hours Monday-Friday 7am-6pm, Saturday 7am-4pm. Role requires flexible schedule with 1 day off during the week and all Sundays off.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and address customer vehicle concerns, verify warranties and service contracts, and develop accurate repair estimates
- Serve as the communication bridge between customers and technicians, ensuring a clear understanding of service needs
- Write and process repair orders (RO), ensuring customer approval and accurate entry into the service database
- Calculate and communicate costs for materials, labor, and deductibles, maintaining transparent customer records
- Driven to Grow—whether you want to be a lifelong Service Advisor or progress within the company, we want to help you succeed
- Customer-Focused—you take pride in delivering exceptional service and owning the customer experience
